Neil Rechlin
For the past seven years, Neil has led the NextGen involvement in the Grocery Code of Conduct, working with retailers, manufacturers, industry bodies and the ACCC to continue the evolution of the Code in Australia. Neil’s favourite workstream is managing negotiations with retailers on behalf of suppliers. Creating some balance in what often feels like a one-sided fight!
Anthony Grant
During his career, Anthony has held senior roles in both retailer and supplier organisations creating quite a unique skill set that adds value on both sides of the fence. Anthony has a passion for creating long term sustainable partnerships between retailers and suppliers and has led the development of joint business planning and commercial capability programs with a number of organisations to help achieve their strategic objectives.
