Change of Auditor

The Board of Queensland Fruit & Vegetable Growers (QFVG) hereby notify Members that the Board resolved to change auditors from BDO Audit Pty Ltd of Level 10, 12 Creek Street Brisbane QLD 4000 to HLB Mann Judd (SE QLD Partnership) of Level 15, 66 Eagle Street, Brisbane QLD 4000.  HBL Mann Judd have consented to act as QFVG’s auditors and BDO have notified ASIC of their resignation as QFVG’s auditors.

The Board were appreciative of the service that BDO has provided however they felt that it was prudent to change auditors given the duration of the BDO appointment. The Board confirm that there are no:

• disagreements between the auditor and the management or directors of QFVG (as defined in RG 26) and

• reasons that give rise to an inability to complete any audit under the Corporations Act 2001 or National Consumer Credit Protection Regulations 2010.
